Our first award that we presented was in 2012 at the Grade 12 Final Awards Ceremony.

In 2013 we were fortunate to award our second Eco Award. This award was named after two extrememly dedicated and passionate Rotarians and Westville community members, Marion Spence and John Hinck. 

They took on Jubilee Park as a community Project and worked tirelessly to restore the park to its pristine natural state and in 2011 they were awarded the Mayors' Award for Bio-diversity for this Park. They got WGHS Eco Club involved in working with them in Jubilee ParK.
