Eco club Awards 2014

In 2014 we received a number of awards and commendations

We entered the SAIIA Sustainability Essay Competition and we made it through to the finals.

At the finals we were presented with a Best Speaker Award for Mishka Karodia and she will be

attending the SAIIA Young Leaders Conference in Johannesburg in December 2014.

We won the Fair Play Trophy at the above mentioned competition and it was our first time ever to enter this competition and we were delighted.

The Future Wise Science and Enviro Quiz

GRADE 8 & 9 RECYCLING AWARDS

Certificates are given to the class who brings in the most recycling as the units that we cycle are graded points wise according to the negative impact onthe environment.

Each class then also has a student who gets a certificate for recycling the most waste.
