Geography Human Trafficking Posters

 

Every year, the grade 9s are given the task of creating a poster concerning fake advertisements that are used in human traficking. This teaches them how easy it is to lure young girls and women into a most horrific and dangerous situation.

 

Prior to this task, the grade 9s learn all about this global concern and as young women, they learn to understand and feel the traumatic experiences as young girls are stuck in these situations to either become a slave in sweat shops or to become prostitutes.
