Tree Pops

 

 

 

To celebrate Arbour Week the Eco – Club together with Green Pops (an environmental organisation) sold  Tree Key Rings. Each key ring costs R150.For every key ring purchased a tree was planted.  

 

Each learner brought R5 and a class of thirty collected R150 buy a key ring

 

This year we sold 6 key rings.

 

We found that the junior classes participated best in these activities and all 6 keys rings were purchased by Grade 8 classes.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Tree Bags

We sold tree bags in Arbor Month aswell. Each bag contained some compost, seeds, instructions on planting and infomation on the tree. Bags were sold at R40. Ten bags were sold.
