The Kzn Beach Clean ups are voluntary service for the Eco Club ladies and also for those girls who are looking for Community Service Hours.  They are usally on the Central Durban Beaches and only last 1/2 hours.

 

They are great for getting everyone into the the cleaning up litter mode.

 

It is also great to anlayse the litter in terms of what we find:

cigarette butts, plastic straws,  lollipop sticks and fishing line and hooks are prolific.

 

We also get a free ice lolly when we are finished!
